Catch-all Emails in Cloud Web Hosting
Configuring a catch-all mailbox will be very easy if you’ve got a cloud web hosting with our company. You can activate the feature through our powerful, yet intuitive Email Manager, which is an indivisible part of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you’ll manage the shared hosting account itself. You’ll find all the mailboxes that you’ve set up shown alphabetically and on the right-hand side of each of them there will be a small "Catch-all" icon, which will instantly show you whether a particular mailbox gets all the emails associated with a certain domain or not. With one single mouse click on the icon you can enable or disable this feature whenever you want. If there is active email forwarding or in case another mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a certain domain, you will receive a notification from our system. The latter won’t disable/replace anything automatically and without your approval.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all feature can be enabled without effort if you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you have set up using the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be shown in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will notice a small-size button conveniently situated directly next to each one of them. With only one click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain with the option already enabled and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this feature through the context menu that will surface. If any of the preconditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will notify you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
